A taste of the output
Your renewal in plain English: Hollis Street Bakery, business owner's policy What this notice is: conditional renewal. They will renew, with changes. The short version: The price goes up $705 a year. Two quieter changes matter more: the sewer and drain backup coverage is gone, and your property deductible goes from $1,000 to $2,500. Flags: Coverage removed: water and sewer backup. New exclusion: communicable disease. WHAT CHANGED Water and sewer backup: $25,000 last year, removed this year. Property deductible: $1,000 to $2,500. You pay the first $2,500 of a covered property loss. QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR BROKER 1. Why was the backup coverage removed, and can it be added back? 2. What would it cost to keep the $1,000 deductible? 3. Does the equipment limit include the new oven? (Business, insurance company and numbers are made up for illustration.)

Will this tell me if I'm covered for something?
No. It tells you what the renewal says and what changed, and gives you the questions to ask. Only the full policy decides coverage, and your licensed agent or broker reads it with you.
Is it safe to paste my insurance documents into an AI tool?
Remove Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, bank details and any medical details from claims first, and use an AI tool you trust with business documents. Policy numbers can be shortened to the last four digits.
What if I don't have last year's policy?
The skill still explains every term and line in this year's notice, and adds "ask for last year's declarations page" to your questions so your broker can show you what changed.
