Commercial Broker Guide is operated by Luckiest Man Ventures LLC, doing business as 8th Replay. Headquartered in Williamson County, Texas, in the greater Austin area. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Commercial Broker Guide is

Commercial Broker Guide publishes stories and answers about commercial insurance, a directory of insurance brokers and agencies, and a free email newsletter. It is general information for business owners.

Commercial Broker Guide is not an insurance company, an agent or a broker. We do not sell, quote, bind or service insurance, and nothing here is insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. Your own policy and your own licensed broker or agent decide what you are covered for. Read your policy and ask them before you rely on anything you read here.

Quote requests

When you ask for a quote, we pass your request to one or more licensed brokers. We do not promise that a broker will respond, that you will be offered coverage, or what any coverage will cost. Any quote or policy is between you and the broker or insurance company. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for it.

The directory

A profile in the directory is not a recommendation or an endorsement, and we do not verify a firm's licenses. Check a broker's license with your state insurance department before you buy. Ratings and reviews shown on a profile come from the firm's public Google listing and are the opinions of the people who wrote them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law using this site, not to try to disrupt or break into it, not to copy large parts of it with automated tools in a way that harms the service, and not to submit information that is false or that you do not have the right to share.

Our content and brands

The writing, design and logos on Commercial Broker Guide belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Please do not republish whole stories without asking first.

Company names and logos shown in the directory belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse Commercial Broker Guide.

Content you send us

If you claim a profile or send us answers, photos or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us permission to publish, edit and display it on Commercial Broker Guide and in our newsletter. We decide what appears and may edit, decline or remove any submission or listing.

Third-party links and services

We link to other websites, reports and official pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do. Prices, rates and rules belong to those third parties and can change without notice. Check the source before you rely on a detail.

No warranties

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date below. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
