Mary helped me find a great policy ! I was getting crushed with my former insurance company after a minor fender bender (a cement parking blocked pull my bumper off) unreasonably skyrocketed my monthly payment almost 2.5x and moving from California. Mary helped me find a policy which lowered my deductibles and still have great limits for more than half the monthly cost. I won't name my prior insurance company, but shame on them for treating a long time customer and great careful driver such as myself so poorly. You lost business because you got greedy. Actions speak louder than words - Insurance Brokers of Arizona saved me $1, 223 in premiums on an auto, home and personal liability umbrella policy formerly with State Farm. After SF had an unexpected $800 increase in my personal liability insurance (despite never filing a claim in 46 years with them) I looked into other options. Kari was amazing to work with (efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and always followed up). My new coverage is with an AM Best A (excellent) rated carrier whose Google reviews on claims processing is as high as SF. Do yourself a favor and at least call them before you renew.
