I just wanted to give a wonderful shout-out to Bridge city insurance for their amazing and outstanding customer service. While a few of our projects have been placed on hold for the time being , the customer service we received itself up to this point of acquiring the right commercial insurance for our business has been a heavy burden and full of headaches. That being said, Lyle and his team have done nothing but make the process feel smooth and easy to get through. If you're looking for insurance, it's worth talking to an insurance agency, and I honestly don't know what more you could want from an insurance agency than what Bridge City provides. They're genuine and focused on their own community. Shop for yourself if you really want to shoulder all that work or just settle for what's in front of you, but I sincerely recommend giving Lyle or his staff a call. They'll only help. -- My experience: Insurance is complicated. I'm frugal, and I'm stubborn. I started intensely researching auto insurance earlier this summer as I was preparing to buy my first car because I wanted to be confident that I wouldn't end up paying more than I really needed to. That's not easy working from scratch because there are so many insurance providers and with that so much information to process. While I was working at it, I reached out to Lyle, the owner of Bridge City Insurance, through a close friend of mine wondering if they could offer any guidance. Once I found a car I was willing to buy, Karla and Lyle got on the phone with me, and they made what would have been an exhausting, indefinite, time-consuming process on my own feel effortless. I had no idea how invaluable relying on an insurance agent would be. My perception of anything related to insurance was distrusting. You probably know what I mean. Honestly, I wouldn't have spoken to an agency if I didn't know Karla and Lyle, and I would've suffered for it. Don't get me wrong. I am glad I made the effort to learn as much as I could before and after talking to Karla and Lyle. Understanding is key, and it's clear they understand their field of work, are very capable of helping anyone understand the insurance they're looking for, and they really want to make the effort to do so because it helps them to help you. I don't have experience with any other insurance agencies, but I'll vouch for Bridge City. They'll honor your trust in them.

Bridge City Insurance has helped me start my business, aiding in securing my general liability insurance and surety bond. Both Lyle and Rumaan have been immensely helpful in helping me navigate towards a policy that fits me best at the most affordable rate I was able to find.

Bridge City was the ONLY broker in town who was able to find my family insurance after our previous insurance wasn’t renewed.
