The best customer service we've ever experienced with an insurance company.
We have been with Capital Insurance for 2 years now. We use Capital Insurance for our homes, vehicles, and businesses through Erie insurance.
Customer service is key and they have provided every need I have had with care setting me up with the best coverage. I didn't think to leave a review before, that's just something I don't think to do. I was recently involved in a car accident; I never knew the full details of my coverage. Someone hit my car, my insurance took over immediately. My insurance was concerned about my health and car. Capital/ Erie handled my claim, provided a rental, and went after the company for me. I didn't have to worry about anything.
Huge thanks to Adam and Chad for their outstanding support! They were amazing at untangling our home and car insurance issues. The process was highly efficient and, most importantly, very cost-effective, allowing us to save significantly. Thank God for their expertise and professionalism—they are simply great at what they do! Give them a try, you will not regret it!
Tony, Sheri, and the WHOLE Capitol Insurance team have been great for our family! We have had auto, home, and business insurance through them for about 10 years. In my opinion, the rates are good and the personal care is excellent! In addition, since insurance is boring but necessary, it is nice that they are friends because it makes things more enjoyable!!
