Yolanda has been my insurance agent for more years as I could remember, easily 10. She has been the go to for answers concerning, in my case, home, automobile and flood insurances. As we go through phases of increasing premiums, Yolanda was able to find ways to help make each year's premium bearable. As I only communicate a few times each year because, so far, I was fortunate enough to keep problems at bay, Yolanda was always there each time. Talking about longevity in a job in this day and age. On questions she has no immediate answers, it wouldn't be long after that I received them in simple, to the point solutions. She is always thorough in the research for a solution that meet my circumstance. I don't often write reviews but Yolanda deserves a shout out that I failed to do over the years. For many years, I have gone through Central Insurance Agency, specifically Cindy Harvey, for my insurance policies. Cindy is such a great agent to work with. Always prompt in answering any questions or submitting any required forms for approval by me or forms to be forwarded to my insurer, Safeco. But today takes the cake. Out of the blue I received an email from Cindy advising she was reviewing my auto policy and discovered I could save a large amount of money by having Safeco rewrite my policy through their Loyalty Program. This I did and within a few minutes had my new policy. And my savings. I didn’t initiate the contact with Cindy. She did all of this on her own initiative. I am so fortunate to be represented by Central Insurance Agency and especially Cindy. If you need insurance, you can do no better than this firm and this agent.

Our company has been a customer of Central Insurance since 2009 when we started the business. If I can give them 10 stars review - I would. They are prompt, responsive, professional, extremely friendly and offer great rates. Danielle and Theresa working there have been absolutely amazing to deal with. One simple email with a request and it is taken care of literally within hours or less. Highly, highly recommended for all your insurance needs.

I just want management to know what an absolute pleasure it was dealing with Maria in providing a Condo quote. She was very professional and was also very knowledgeable about the coverages and was able to answer my considerable questions about the overall policy.
