We worked with Kovalev Insurance Agency to obtain personal car insurance policy for my son who is at school in MA. We are in CA and everything was done remotely. It's son's first separate policy, rules and requirements in MA differ from CA, and he didn't have car when we started to shop for policy. We checked other local agencies but Kovalev Insurance stood out early on in a process. We worked with Katya S. and she offered such an excellent service that we felt really lucky. She answered all our questions, which we had so many, explained various options, suggested coverage customized for our situation and satisfied our requests, while always being very professional, knowledgeable, easy to reach and communicate, patient,and friendly. Mariana B, Katya's assistant, was also excellent, helpful, and made sure that process is completed without glitches and on time. We had to get policy in place by a one particular day due to son's schedule and Katya and Mariana made it happen. Such a relief for us. Thank you very much, Katya and Mariana.
