I used Powers Insurance to upgrade our auto/home/umbrella when we outgrew USAA. USAA had been super simple to manage via the web, but they didn't offer high enough umbrella limits for our comfort. The 'self-service' options no longer fit us, and I wanted to find an agent I felt confident in. I spoke with Mark several times, and he did a good job producing a competitive quote that solved our umbrella problem and controlled costs based on my preferences. Overall, I was happy with the process and intend to keep working with them in the future.
After nearly 25 years with State Farm it simply became intolerable with hefty unexplained rate increases, pathetic service and frustrating claims experience. I had put off changing due to the complexity but when I found Powers insurance they made things easy, and pleasant. Mark Sherman worked with me to review my current coverage, suggest new approaches and a plan to transition a new company with a significant savings. I am very happy to have found such a great team to work with at Powers.
My agent is Patricia L, Taylor. Patty was able to get me an automobile policy that was better (more coverage) for a one year period (previous company was 6 months) and a lot better premium. Patty just set me up with a homeowners that provides excellent coverage and again at a great rate. I'd be happy to give her 6 stars instead of just 5 if I could. Her attention to detail and friendly service will make me recommend her and Powers to friends and relatives.

Our agent Gio reviewed our policy with our last company and made some great recommendations to help us in areas we were lacking in coverages Can't say enough about the ease in which he helped us switching to Powers and upgrading in those areas. So far all of my contacts with Powers staff has been wonderful. Great team great company. I would recommend Gio and Powers for all your insurance needs.
