I called Zack at Thumann out of desperation when the customer service was so bad at the insurance company they literally could not even understand what I was asking, said some offensive things, for and even hung up on me and told me they don't allow language translation! I explained to Zack I am a former insurance adjuster who works in Accident and Injury law, and am helping my stepson and daughter in law who are autistic and intellectually disabled get auto insurance as they make good money and she is very capable of driving. It is their 1st car, 1st insurance, and he needed to be listed as a non-driver. Zack was so kind and amazing! He listened and remembered what I had said, and on the phone with my kids he was so patient with translation and their difficulty understanding complex concepts. He allowed me to help explain and assist, while explaining things himself in a slower more simply worded manner. I called that morning and he had proof of insurance within 2 hours of our call with the insurance card we needed to hold the sale on the car. Thank you so much Zack!!!!

We have been With Steve Thumann from before he was an independent insurance broker. Our first car, our first home, The Thumann Agency has been with us through all the travails that insurance in Texas comprises. Their agents are quick to respond, works assidously on our behalf to find us the best prevailing rates, and in a few instances also advised us on the claims process. at the same time, they don't upsell or try to sell us insurance we don't need. I have no idea how I would go about getting good rates if I have to tackle all of this on my own.
