Before you paste anything in

Use only an AI tool your agency has approved, and remove client personal details (Social Security and driver's license numbers, dates of birth, bank details, medical details from claims) before you paste anything in. The skill drafts; a licensed agent checks it against the actual documents before a client sees it.

Questions

Does it search the internet for me?

It works from what you find or paste. If your AI tool can browse, it can check public sources, but every fact still needs a source and a date before it goes in the brief.

Can I research the owner too?

Only their name and public role. The brief is about the business. Personal social media, family and home details stay out.

What if I find a lawsuit or a bad review?

It goes on the do-not-say list and a note for the licensed agent. It never becomes an opener.
