How it works

  1. Mask and pasteRemove client personal data, then paste 2 to 4 quotes and the request.
  2. Check like for likeSee which quotes match the lines and limits you asked for.
  3. Fill the gridThirteen rows per quote, each traced to the quote or marked Not stated.
  4. Total the real costPremium, fees and taxes added up with the math shown.
  5. Flag gaps and askDifferences that matter, contract gaps and specific underwriter questions.
  6. Review and recommendYou check the forms and write the recommendation; the client summary is ready to edit.

Have this ready

  • 2 to 4 quotes or proposals, client data masked
  • The lines and limits requested
  • The client's operations in a sentence or two
  • Any contract or lender insurance requirements
  • Ratings and admitted status you have confirmed, if you want them shown

What you get back

  • A side-by-side comparison grid
  • A list of differences and gaps that matter
  • Questions for each underwriter
  • A plain-English client summary draft

A taste of the output

From the worked exampleMade up, for illustration
Quote comparison: Ridgeline Mechanical, general liability (DRAFT for agent review)
Earliest quote expiry: February 14 (Pinecrest)

Total cost (math shown)
Northgate: $14,850 + $150 = $15,000
Fairhaven: $12,400
Pinecrest: $10,900 + $350 + $412 = $11,662

Differences that matter
1. Pinecrest excludes residential work. Ridgeline does some.
2. Pinecrest has a $10,000 SIR including defense.
3. Fairhaven shows no completed operations additional insured. The GC contract requires it.
4. Only Northgate shows a per-project aggregate.

Agent recommendation: ________

(Agency, client, carriers and numbers are made up for illustration.)

Before you paste anything in

Use only an AI tool your agency has approved, and remove client personal details (Social Security and driver's license numbers, dates of birth, bank details, medical details from claims) before you paste anything in. The skill drafts; a licensed agent checks it against the actual documents before a client sees it.

Questions

Will it tell me which quote to recommend?

No. It lays out every difference and gap so you can decide faster, then leaves the recommendation line for you. Coverage calls stay with the licensed agent.

What if the quotes don't include the forms schedule?

The grid marks exclusions and endorsements as Not stated, and the first underwriter question asks for the forms. A quote letter is not the policy.

Is it safe to paste client quotes into an AI tool?

Only into a tool your agency has approved, and only after you remove personal data like SSNs, license numbers, dates of birth, medical claim details and bank info.
