How it works
- Mask and pasteRemove personal data, then paste expiring and renewal terms, exposures and loss runs.
- Do the premium mathDollar and percent change, per line and total, with the math shown.
- Split the changeGrowth, rate, losses and mod, using only reasons you can support.
- List every term changeLimits, deductibles, sublimits and forms, each marked for the client or internal.
- Draft the letterUnder 350 words: what changed, why, what you did, what you need and by when.
- Confirm and sendYou check the forms and figures, then send it and follow up with a call.

A taste of the output
Renewal review: Oak and Ember Bistro, effective July 1 (DRAFT for agent review) Premium: $21,600 to $24,650, +$3,050 (+14.1%) Client letter (draft) Hi Dana, Your restaurant's insurance with Westmark renews July 1. The total goes from $21,600 to $24,650, up $3,050. Most of that is growth. Adding Sunday brunch raised your payroll from $610,000 to $690,000, and liquor sales rose from $310,000 to $345,000. Two things did change: 1. Westmark added a $100,000 cap on claims involving an assault or fight on your premises. 2. Your property deductible goes from $1,000 to $2,500. Westmark will keep it at $1,000 for $310 more. What I need from you by June 16: confirm this year's payroll and liquor sales, and a 15-minute call about the cap. (Agency, client, carrier and numbers are made up for illustration.)
Before you paste anything in
Use only an AI tool your agency has approved, and remove client personal details (Social Security and driver's license numbers, dates of birth, bank details, medical details from claims) before you paste anything in. The skill drafts; a licensed agent checks it against the actual documents before a client sees it.

Paid upgradeA client newsletter written and sent for you.Retention Letter sends your clients a done-for-you newsletter twice a month with your name and face on it, so the renewal letter is never the only time they hear from you.

Can it explain a rate increase if the carrier didn't say why?
It will not make up a reason. The letter says you have asked the carrier and will share the answer, and the question goes on your confirm list.
Will it tell the client their coverage is the same?
Only that limits and deductibles match, and only after you compare the forms schedules. Every new exclusion or sublimit goes in the letter in plain words.
Can I use it for nonrenewal notices?
It can help you explain a notice to the client, but it does not draft the legal notice. Notice rules vary by state; check with your state's insurance department or your compliance process.
